Giving Private Tuition is Unethical
English is now a compulsory language subject at school for young students.Therefore, some teachers provide private tuition to earn more money Private tuitionwastes student’s time and money, so many people consider it unethical.
First, private tuition affects student’s leisure and recreation time After a hard dayat school, students need time to relax or do exercises to improve their health If they go totuition classes in the evening, they will be tired and stressed as Consequently, studentshave no time for physical activities such as swimming, dancing and football to take goodcare of their health.
Second, private tuition is quite expensive and not all parents can support theirchildren Parents have to pay extra money if their children go to tuition classes For therich, this extra money does not matter For the poor, in contrast, this is really a problem tosolve because they do not earn enough money
However, the advantages of private tuition cannot be underestimated because ithelps consolidate the knowledge that students learn at school Moreover, private tuitiongives underperforming students chances to learn what they have not understood at school.Consequently, they become better and better.
