This course equips students of management with the most basic principles of the artof leadership Specifically, employees have knowledge of the nature of leadership,qualities and leadership skills, the nature of the work and the role of the leader,leadership style, and group decision-making leadership

Knowledge:

Ability to apply knowledge into research to assess the effectiveness of an individualbusiness Establish and develop the capacity to collect information, synthesizeskills, systematize issues in the overall relationship; Comparative skills, analysis,commentary, assessment of issues in the leadership process Develop reasoning andpresentation skills in public

Skills:

After completing the module, students will be able to work with the basicknowledge of the art of leadership; formation and development of leadership skills,teamwork skills; develop self-assessment and self-assessment competencies
