Các phương pháp đo – Khám vận nhãn Khám nghiệm hình chữ H • Thực hiện với hai mắt • Nếu như lác/ lé đồng hành − Đó không phải là lác liệt • Nếu như lác/lé bất đồng hành − Cần nghĩ đến liệt một hay nhiều cơ ngoại nhãn • Nếu test 2 mắt − Hỏi bệnh nhân có thấy song thị không Các phương pháp đo – Khám vận nhãn Khám nghiệm hình chữ H • Dùng một đèn bút để kiểm tra ánh phản quang giác mạc cũng có thể cho biết về sự cân bằng 2 mắt • Nếu có tăng hoạt hoặc giảm hoạt, thì cần thử lại từng mắt • Thử một mắt giúp phát hiện mắt nào có cơ liệt • Nếu thử 2 mắt bình thường thì không cần thử một mắt Các phương pháp đo – Khám vận nhãn Test đũa Maddox • Khám nghiệm này có thể được dùng để đánh giá lác/lé ẩn cũng như lác/lé đồng hành ở các trường nhìn khác nhau • Có thể dùng lăng kính để đặt đường thẳng đỏ dọc thẳng hàng với ánh sáng để đo hướng và độ lác/lé ẩn • Cần chú ý là kính có thể gây ra lăng kính mà bình thường không có
