CONCLUSION OF CHAPTER The survey results have shown that the proposed measures are highly appreciated for their accuracy, necessity, and feasibility The experimenting indicates if teachers prepare teaching steps and suitable active teaching methods for students carefully, it will promote students initiative and creativity With the results analyzed in chapter 3, it can be affirmed that measures to innovate active teaching methods in Grade Science are necessary and highly feasible This also proves the correctness of the experiment hypothesis and the scientific hypothesis of the thesis 85 RECOMMENDATIONS For professional management It is recommended to regularly organize field trips for teachers of Grade5 students to have rich practical materials to serve their teaching well Professional management departments need to base themselves on the specificity to have policies to support, encourage and create favorable conditions for subject teachers to learn from each other and gain in-depth knowledge to improve the quality of life improve the quality of teaching Professional management levels need to pay attention to the effectiveness of the innovation of teaching methods in primary school in general and 5th Grade Science in particular Management departments should strengthen the fostering of new teaching methods for primary teachers, including interactive teaching methods so that teaching quality is increasingly improved Besides, management departments also should create conditions to help teachers and students when using this method Managers need timely encourage, both materially and spiritually, for teachers with achievements, active exploration, and creativity in method innovation In additions, managers also need to strengthen material foundations and teaching aids for Science subjects to create favorable conditions for the innovation of teaching methods For teachers Teaching staff must consider the innovation of interactive teaching methods as building and determining the prestige and position of teachers Teachers must be passionate about the profession, be very concerned, explore and be creative to be strong in their expertise, master’s in modern interactive teaching methods, and improvise flexibly during class It is necessary to have a correct awareness of the theory of innovation in teaching methods, to be able to combine in helping students acquire knowledge, form skills, and develop psychophysiology 86 Teachers regularly improve their knowledge and improve their professional qualifications to apply new and advanced teaching methods in the teaching process to improve the quality of teaching and the quality of education in general For students Students need to eagerly answer the teacher's questions, supplement the speaker's answers when they under answer, and like to express their opinions on the issue raised In addition, students should ask questions, ask teachers to thoroughly explain the problems presented Students always apply actively and flexibly the knowledge and skills they have learned to homework Finally, students must always expect feedback from teachers and peers with information taken from different sources sometimes beyond the scope of the lesson 87 CONCLUSION Renovating "Some interactive methods in teaching Grade Science " is an indispensable and objective requirement in the context of the current fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training Renovating methods is synchronized with the renovation of stages, steps, and structural elements of the teaching process, and at the same time, renewing thinking and views on innovation of goals, content, and other elements of the teaching process teaching program Innovating interactive teaching methods at primary level will clarify the content, methods, and methods of interactive teaching, see the peculiarities between interactive teaching methods in 5th Grade students with positive attitudes different from interactive teaching methods at other levels, indicating the appropriateness of some interactive teaching methods to be used Students will master the dialectical relationships between interactive teaching methods and teaching content to use common methods for many different subjects Renovating "Some active teaching methods in teaching Grade Science" is to change teachers from using interactive teaching methods according to the content approach, content orientation to using interactive teaching methods in the direction of competency approach, combine innovation in synchronous with other elements in the teaching process Teachers need to strengthen creative methods, organize independent learning activities, develop students' ability to reproduce and create in the teaching process, practice learning methods to help students comprehensively develop their capacity and qualities in practical work and life activities at present and in the future This is a big and very complex issue, because it involves not only the awareness and implementation of positive teaching methods in general, but also the change in habits, guidelines and behaviors of both teachers and learners, related to the use of modern teaching aids In practice, the problem of renewing interactive teaching methods has 88 been carried out on a wide scale at all levels of education and has achieved certain results In recent years, there have been many articles, many seminars, and many opinions on content innovation However, the innovation process took place very slowly compared to the development of society In fact, teaching and learning are using many different interactive teaching methods, many different perspectives, and ideas for teaching innovation To the quality improve and effectiveness of teaching and learning Grade Science subject, teachers must study, analyze, synthesize, and systematize to clarify the theoretical basis for the innovation of interactive teaching methods At the same time, teachers must survey and properly assess the current situation and find out the causes of the innovation of interactive teaching methods to propose feasible measures to innovate a interactive teaching methods To the correctness confirm of the proposed measures, an indispensable important subject is the role of teachers Teachers must be based on innovating interactive teaching methods, knowing how to inherit traditional methods By combining traditional methods with modern methods, increasing the use of modern technical means in lectures will promote positivity, student activity and creativity We believe that when this interinteractive teaching methodis effectively implemented, it will promote the initiative, capacity, and creativity of students, helping them to think independently and solve practical problems, create positive changes, promote high quality and effective teaching activities not only in the present but also in the future 89 REFERENCES [1] T & D A Ha, History of world
