customer complaint ratio uy ip through the current problems with customer at Medent Co., Ltd (in short, it would be la called Medent in this thesis) an lu The findings of the study revealed the awkwardness and embarrassment of catching up va n with the changes of the times as well as the rapid change of customer demand in which fu ll the "information" factor is extremely important Not only
