Xavier University’s Student Activities Council is happy to announce that the 7th annual Xavier Fest will be taking place on April 27, 2018! Xavier Fest is an excitement filled day and has created numerous memories for the student body, over the years The festival occurs on the last day of programming for the university and it is free for all students Last year, we had over 3,000 students attend, 70% of our undergraduate student body, and we are expecting an even larger number this year! The Student Activities Council has been hard at work this past semester to organize the event and make it bigger and better than previous years There will be live music, free food, and free merchandise for all students We are reaching out to ask for your support and aid in making Xavier Fest better than it has ever been before! This year, we will have a sponsorship tier Organizations will be placed in the following levels according to the amount of money they choose to donate: • Diamond Level Sponsors ($1,000+): An organization logo will be placed on a banner that is designated for Diamond-Level Sponsors near the stage, and it will be up during the entirety of the event An organization logo will be placed on the back of this year’s Xavier Fest t-shirt (free for all attending students and event staff members) An organization will have a covered, 10x10’ festival booth available for their use at the event An organization logo will be placed on all advertising for Xavier Fest, including websites and social media An organization will receive onstage acknowledgements for being a sponsor throughout the event • Platinum Level Sponsors ($500+): An organization logo will be placed on the back of this year’s Xavier Fest t-shirt An organization will have a covered, 10x10’ festival booth available for their use during the event An organization logo will be placed on all advertising for Xavier Fest, including websites and social media An organization will receive onstage acknowledgements as a sponsor throughout the event • Gold Level Sponsors ($300+): An organization’s logo will be placed on giveaway items that are given out to students An organization logo will be placed on all advertising for Xavier Fest, including websites and social media An organization will receive acknowledgements as a sponsor throughout the event • Silver Level Sponsors ($200+): An organization logo will be placed on all advertising for Xavier Fest, including websites and social media An organization will receive acknowledgements as a sponsor throughout the event • Bronze Level Sponsors ($100+): o An organization will receive an acknowledgement at the beginning of Xavier Fest In order to have a successful Xavier Fest, Student Activities Council is in need of all sponsorship possible!
