Division Division Second International Summer School Healthier Societies and Healthy organizations: Cross-cultural Perspectives The Department of Department of Education, Languages, Intercultures, Literatures and Psychology (Psychology Section), University of Florence, Italy, is pleased to announce the second edition of the International Summer School in Healthier Societies and Healthy organizations: Cross-cultural Perspectives Healthier Societies and Healthy organizations: Cross-cultural Perspectives The Summer School aims at providing students with a theoretical outline on healthier societies and healthy organizations within a cross-cultural perspective, as well as practical tools to conduct research and intervention for creating healthier societies and healthy organizations The framework is related to the promotion of psychosocial well-being, sustainable development and healthy management drawings on evidence-based descriptions of interpersonal relationships and positive enhancing of sustainable and healthy management in the larger organizational context and societies Purposes • Providing critical knowledge and skills for the promotion of healthier societies and healthy organizations from a cross-cultural perspective • Providing training in designing, implementing and evaluating research projects and interventions, applying specific methods At the end of the Summer School participants will have increased their knowledge and skills in planning research and intervention for healthy organizations, within a cross-cultural perspective President of the Summer School Donald H Saklofske, University of Western Ontario (Canada) Annamaria Di Fabio, University of Florence (Italy) Co-presidents Jean-Luc Bernaud, INETOP-CNAM (France) Lynette H Bikos, Seattle Pacific University (USA) Stuart Carr, Massey University (New Zealand) Maureen E Kenny, Boston College (USA);
